Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Uncalled Innovators (UI), including our Challenge-Solution Module and Infrahub. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy, which should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refund requests for the following:

  • Service fees charged by UI.
  • Bookings made through Infrahub.
  • Paid participation or registration fees for challenges, events, or programs hosted on UI.

3. General Conditions for Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be requested through official UI communication channels, such as email or your account dashboard.
  • UI reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the required notice period or conditions.
  • Some services may have specific cancellation clauses that will take precedence over this general policy, which will be stated at the time of booking or registration.

4. Infrahub Booking Cancellations

4.1 By Infrastructure Partner:

  • Partners must inform UI in writing at least [X] days before the scheduled booking date.
  • If we are unable to find a suitable alternative, a full refund may be processed for the user.

4.2 By User:

  • Cancellations [X] days or more before the booking date: Eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees).
  • Cancellations within [X] days of the booking date: Partial refund at UI's discretion.
  • No-shows on the scheduled date: No refund will be provided.

5. Challenge-Solution and Event Cancellations

  • Registration fees for challenges or events are refundable only if the cancellation is requested at least [X] days before the event start date.
  • If UI cancels an event or challenge, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
  • If an event is rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date unless you request a refund.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Transaction and processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Violation of UI’s Terms and Conditions by the user.
  • Failure to meet the required cancellation deadlines.
  • Services that have already been rendered, either in full or in part.
  • Bookings or participation fees for which a "No Refund" policy was explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should first be directed to UI customer support. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be handled according to the Dispute Resolution process outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
